Israel Cruz, CEO

Israel Cruz is an Army Special Forces Green Beret Veteran and NYPD detective. He’s been a law enforcement officer with the NYPD since 2005, filling numerous roles with the department, including patrol, plain clothes officer, head instructor for the Tactical Team Unit (TTU), and firearms instructor for the department. His law enforcement instruction experience spans defensive tactics, Israeli weapons industry training, physical fitness, active shooter, force on force, vehicle CQB (close quarter battle), and low light training. He has additional experience in certificate drug interdiction, counterterrorism, crowd control, search & rescue, firearms instruction, decoy operations, and as an AR-15 platform armorer. He’s been a martial artist since 1976, with certifications and experience in BJJ, JKD, Filipino and Indonesian martial arts, Krav Maga, and more.
Daniel Rojas, President

Daniel Rojas is a Law Enforcement veteran of over 16 years, with over 12 years of patrol experience. His law enforcement assignments included plain clothes, juvenile work, and various special details. He is certified in Hazmat, controlled substance, and terrorism response. Daniel is a Federal Firearms Instructor in multiple disciplines including pistol, revolver, shotgun, rifle, sub machine gun, and special weapons. He also has certifications in Emergency Vehicle Operator Instructor, High Threat CQB, and Vehicle Close Quarters Battle Instructor. He is the lead vehicle tactics Instructor for his Agency.
